Final Major Project - Swarve @ Gooey Creative | Magento Build

Well for the past few days I have being getting to grips with adding products through "Magento" which is a form of eCommerce developers software (direct link to Magento below).


So what I have being doing is putting in the products onto the database so that all the products can be easily managed and have their own unique SKU code which can be used to reference a certain product.

Here are a few screen shots on what the process consist of for this certain project:

Here is how the categories and sub-categories are
made to send the products to the right place. 

Starting off I gave the product a name which can be seen on the
online shop and then a short description to what is being sold
and a SKU code.

Most important is to have an image of the product for the viewer
to see and for that to be view able as a thumbnail and large scale.

Here the pricing of the product is dealt with and this makes the
changeability in price more easy to manage and update.

Once the products are saved to the database they are listed here on the
main screen to show they are saved. Here you can see most of the products
that I have already added.

This is the website so far which is working and still needs to be developed
a little more on the hero shots and the rest of the product pages.
