Dissertation: Visual Proposal

Having researching various website that hold information about anti-war movements,
I realized that the websites have a lot of written content which when it comes to accessing information this is great but big bulky site with just words and no imagery makes it to hard to take in what is happening and where to go.

These are the websites that I had looked at to see what already is out there:

After looking at these websites I see where they woek in the sense of giving out information, imagery and knowledge of what is going on around us and how people are reacting towards them, but there was not much of people getting their views across on the websites apart from 'Notinourname.net' and 'lgbtnoise.ie'.

Even though 'lgbtnouse.ie' is t do with allowing the gay community to speak out this website had the clean and fresh look that does not make it look dull with full of writing. But this website allows people to write in, comment and also send in videos of them seleves expresing what they feel about the subject.

By looking at these websites I have a clear direction in how I am going to design my site and how content will be laid out.
